What is your shipping policy?

All the products would be delivered through standard delivery within 3-4 business days between Monday and Friday. The shipping charge would be calculated at the checkout. The deliveries won't be made on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. The deliveries may take longer during Black Friday, December and Sale Period.

What order qualifies for free shipping?

We provide Free Deliveries on all orders above £50. If the order total is less than £50, standard delivery charges would be applied at the checkout. 

What is your return policy?

• You will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item.
• Refunds would be processed onto your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Some banks might take longer to process the refunds.
• We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during the return journey.
• The product must me unworn, new, undamaged and in original condition - we won't be able to accept in any other condition.
• All the items should be returned with original packaging - return the shoe box wherever applicable.
• In any other circumstances, the customer would have to follow the final decision made by Skypack World.

NOTE: Skypack World won't refund the return postage cost unless a wrong item has been posted to you.

How do I initiate a return?

You'll have a returns form with your parcel. Fill the form and return it to  Skypack World  75 Creek Mill Way Dartford DA1 2FB United Kingdom  . Once we receive the product, our quality team will check if it is upto our quality standards . Once the product passes all the quality checks, we will initiate the refund which will be available in your bank within 14 working days. Some banks may take longer to process the refunds.

What order qualifies for free returns?

If Skypack World has sent you a wrong product, the item qualifies for a free return.
